Guest guest Posted May 10, 2002 Report Share Posted May 10, 2002 Hi Linda, My first teacher had us doing it one day, I was doing alot of weightlifting at the time and she thought I'd like it, she was right. Its some of the sadhana that the Sikh Gatka warriors did to train. Its got warrior pose on both sides, I can't recall it. Surely someone on the board has it. Dharam, Hari Sant, Gururattan?
