Guest guest
Sat Nam, Everyone and Anyone I just got back from a "Golden Chord" (6th & 7th chakras) class with Gurucharan. I probably shouldn't have come to work today Does anyone have a remedy for aching, sensitive head, third-eye and pineal area? I've been 'channeling' it through my third-eye, with limited success. Maybe an accupressure point, or something? My brain is 'squirming like a toad'. BTW, if this class is available in your area, take it! Guest guest
Work your navel. Go out in the rain and walk. Forget about Ajana for a while. Let the energy move to other areas of your body/being. The lotus has its roots in the mud, you know. Where was the class, BTW? Guest guest
Hi Dharam, I just had my last cup of mung beans and it took some of the edge off! I will just ride out the rest of the week, I skipped most of my usual sadhana this morning. Maybe I'll go out like you said instead and walk around. Gurucharan just finished a weekend teaching 4 classes in Austin, Tx. He's off to San Antonio to do something with Breathwalk. Guest guest
Hew gets around. I just thought of something else regarding your head Gururattan has a page that deals with Earth and the need for it and how to get in touch with it. Some real quickies to help you (and others) get the energy flowing back down. You may have to leave your desk, though. Go to kundalini yogakyt19.html ajana6chakra wrote: > Hi Dharam, > I just had my last cup of mung beans and it took some of the > edge off! Guest guest
Thanks Dharam. I purposely avoided most of my sadhana this morning, just because I'm doing Sat Kriya. My head is so sensitive I don't think I could adjust to handle anymore energy up there for right now. I looked at the med you suggested and its all rootlock. The beans helped alot, you sure this won't give me a massive headache? Your feeling on this? I can see the logic behind it. The beans having an effect leads me to believe I should just go do it. Guest guest
When I do the rootlocks I feel energy in my perineum and downward. Try it but make the space. Put the shovel down. Tune in. ajana6chakra wrote: > Thanks Dharam. I purposely avoided most of my sadhana this morning, > just because I'm doing Sat Kriya.
