Speaking of the millet diet...After my recent lapse into my favorite

escapisms, movies & overeating (chips & chocolate!), which began to

make me feel AWFUL, things in my life have simmered down and I've

just been back on the millet diet for the last 3 days. I feel much

better already. It was 1 year ago I started a 40 day stint of this

diet. To my amazement the 20 pounds I lost then have stayed off! It

took some will power to get by the first 3 days this time going

through some headache to to get off the sugar and caffeine. On the

whole the 40 days I did last year improved my eating habits

afterwards (with occasional lapses) even though I work in a kitchen

that is dangerous for a person with my weaknesses. I go back on this

diet when I need to. When I am on this diet I eat as much fruit as a

feel like eating and that does the sweet thing for me while

eventually I lose my cravings.

Please send me the millet diet. It sounds great. The weight has just been

going on
