Guest guest
Sat nam, During some parts of the day I notice that I breathe more forcefully through my right nostril and at other times I find that I breath better through my left nostril. is there any reason for this. I have noticed this only after I started to do yoga. Is there any problem with me or is that how it always is. Bambino
Guest guest
Sat Nam Bambino, Either nostril can be dominant at some time. There is a yoga that focuses solely on this, the breathing and how it controls us, how to learn to change it to your benefit. Author of this book is Harish Johari, The link:http://www.parkstpress.com/titles/brmico.htm Blessings Brad
Guest guest
Nostrils switch every 90 minutes. Just another of our many rhythms. I am including an attachment by Swami Rama that goes into this with some depth.
