Guest guest
While doing meditations this morning, a friend had hic cups, and this affect her concentration Is there any breathing / kriya etc that could give immediate relieve _________________________ I used to *loathe* getting hiccups; I felt very out of control and would gey progessively more panicked as I tried every "cure" people threw my way. One time, however, I resisted the urge to freak out, and sat quietly doing circular breathing, throat open, thanking my epiglottis for doing what it thought it needed to do to protect me. Within a minute the hiccups were gone, and now all it takes is a moment of thanks and calm to get them to subside (and I've discovered that touching the tongue to the roof of the mouth ends the hiccups even more quickly). The people I've shared this with have enjoyed similar success. Hope it helps! Eva LAUNCH - Your Music Experience http://launch.
