The small 'hiccup muscles' have no strength to start...

Hello,

 

I just think it doesn't matter.

 

The point is that with the lungs inflated with air, the little muscles that

contract to start a hiccup crisis will never have enough strength to do their

job...

 

The diaphrag block them all.

Hello Jacques.

 

I have had hiccups and have tried the "hold your breath" method and

it never works for me. Basically I inhale fully and hold my breath,

but the hiccups are still there. I am assuming that is what you meant

by " the lungs inflated with air". I don't get them very often, so

it's not too bad.
