Guest guest
One of the most basic lessons I have learned from doing yoga/sadhana/breathwalk, etc. Is that it makes my life easier. I work in a high school with 1200+ students. It is like a small city unto itself. It is a stressful job, but becomes much less so when I have done my practice. It makes it automatic to smile and be at ease in what could be a stressful situation. My job was also very left-brained, so I started a yoga club at the high school. This really brought my practice into my work place. My coworkers also started coming to me for yoga and healing. The tool of Kundalini yoga can be used in all situations if you just know how to apply it.
Guest guest
Sat Nam Kartar. I would like to hear more about your high school yoga club. How did you start? Who attends? Do you do something separate for teachers? Sadhana is carrying me though this first year of teaching in a middle school and I dream of having enough energy to start teaching yoga in the school and doing more of my healing practices. Your story feels like an inspiration. Gian Kaur
