Guest guest Posted May 20, 2002 Report Share Posted May 20, 2002 Sat Nam, when I was a little girl I remembered once my grandmother told me when I had hiccups to drink some warm water & take a deep breath + relax OR to hold my breath after inhaling deeply for a while; lately, when I'm doing my meditation (everytime I wake up in the morning & beore I get into bed) it seems that my body releasing so many gas (through fart & most through berp).... I wonder if anyone has similar experiences - and if I miss my yoga/meditation only for just once then my body tend to be ill/not feeling well 'cause I felt so many gas trapped in my stomach/body ...
