Guest guest
Here's a table of times and effects. Thanks to Gurucharan Singh Khalsa In 3 minutes, you affect your circulation and blood stability. In 11 minutes the pituitary and nerves start to learn and change. In 22 minutes your three minds (Negative, Positive and Neutral) start to work together so your mental integration changes. In 31 minutes affects your whole mind, your aura and the 31 Tatvas are balanced. In 37-1/2 minutes reflects from the whole aura to infinity and back, stimulating the perception of Naad - the inner sound. In 62 minutes your "shad-ow mind" and your positive projection are integrat-ed. Cycle of 8 = Breath / Prana In 2-1/2 hours is a complete cycle of Prana and Apana so that what you gain will hold through the cycle of the day; it holds change in the subconscious. Guest guest
Dharam Singh Sat Nam, I am unclear about vocabulary. I wish I had a good reference. A human reference is even better. What is the "shadow mind" that Gurucharan mentions? The subconscious? "Holding changes in the subconscious" Does this mean that changes that have taken place in the subconscious are permanent, rather than the normal draining of garbage that takes place during sadhana? Of does this mean that the changes hold only during that day so you are not filling up with more garbage throughout the day or picking up garbage (thoughts, feelings, memories etc). What is a complete cycle of Apana and Prana? Is the Prana that is mentioned here the prana of the lungs and chest area or is it the bigger sense of prana meaning all of that type of energy including the magnetic field, breath, the light aura?? The change that takes places between the two nostrils I know. That's a prana cycle, right? The dominant nostril changes every 20 minutes?? Apana is the downward energy. Tatvas are ether, air, water, fire and earth. How do they become 31? I realize that it is not necessary to understand all this to do the practice. I did 62 minutes this morning and definitely it felt different than my normal 11 minutes or 31 minutes. I took a few rests and tried not to worry about "is it alright." Just do it in a comfortable way. - "Dharam Singh" <pran_yogi <Kundaliniyoga> Wednesday, May 22, 2002 11:13 AM Re: Sodarshan Chakra Kriya - times and effects > Here's a table of times and effects. > Thanks to Gurucharan Singh Khalsa > > In 3 minutes, you affect > your circulation and blood stability. > > In 11 minutes the pituitary > and nerves start to learn and change. > > In 22 minutes your three > minds (Negative, Positive and Neutral) start to work > In 31 minutes affects your > whole mind, your aura and > the 31 Tatvas are balanced. > > In 37-1/2 minutes reflects from the > whole aura to infinity and back, stimulating > the perception of Naad - the inner sound. > > In 62 minutes your "shad-ow mind" and > your positive projection are integrat-ed. > Cycle of 8 = Breath / Prana > > In 2-1/2 hours is a complete cycle of Prana and > Apana so that what you gain will hold through the cycle of > the day; it holds change in the subconscious. > > > > > "OUR DESTINY IS TO BE HAPPY" > - Yogi Bhajan > > You can UNSUBSCRIBE from this list at the Groups Member Center (My Groups), or send mail to > Kundaliniyoga > NO UNSUBSCRIBE REQUESTS TO THE LIST PLEASE! > WEB SITE: kundalini yoga > > KUNDALINI YOGA ON-LINE TRAINING.
