Dharam Singh Sat Nam,

Thank you for sharing so much.

Does Sodarshan Chakra work the same at any time of the day or night? Is

Long Ek Ong Kar the only kriya that should really only be practiced at

length during the amrit veil?

I am unclear of some vocabulary and wish that I had a good reference. Your

wisdom is most appreciated.

Is the prana of the cycle the prana of the chest area, or is it the big

sense of prana, (magnetic field, light aura, ....) What is the cycle of

prana and apana?

How do the 5 tatva become 31?

Is the "shadow mind" the unconscious?

Sat Nam

Hi Ellen,

I am happy you can get something from all the "goodies" I find.

Regarding your very profound questions I will have to spend more time

than I have at the moment. Others feel free to jump in.

I will say that any Kriya "goes better" in the Amrit Vela. That time

when the veil of the ego is thinnest and your subconscious is on the

surface. This is am - am. Anything you do in this time is said to be 10x

more powerful than any other time of the day. It really sinks in and

carries you throughout the rest of your day.

More later,

Dharam
