It sounds as if you are having some great intuitions, 'do yoga again'. Follow them. KY has done nothing if not put the "I am" into my life. I had alot of weight-training in my recent past-similar to yourself-but haven't really had an interest the last 4 years. The KY has given me a better awareness of 'doings' versus 'being'. Now I've started back to the gym, because I believe in healthy body as well as healthy mind but I don't have the driving 'need' anymore that I've got to do it. I could just as easliy take a walk. I sense pain of someone trying to 'reach out' or 'turn to', but not knowing to who or what. KY can help, but its a discipline, you get out what you put in--actually more. There's some great beginners 'sets' on kundaliniyoga.org. Have you checked into classes nearby? I have a friend who moved to PA from Dallas and teaches, contact me off post and I'll give you her phone or email address.
