Guest guest
To resonate further with what you said, I am reading from the book "Permanent Healing" by Daniel Condron and he says that the mental attitude/disorder associated with Diarrhea is "Thinking time is running out so wanting to get things over with rather than receiving and using what is available." Relaxation on a deep level is required. I find for me that some of the only times I feel time is with me is after I have done my 4am Sadhana....an hour of yoga and an hour of chanting. It is what works.....for me. Much has been said about that ambrosial time. Yoga at any other time risks becoming another, hmmmm, how did Seva Simran put it, "something to be consumed". Well put! When we do the Amrit Vela practice and meditate on God at this time....then you are guaranteed God will meditate on you the rest of the day. Any other time of day is good but not as strong.
