I'll second the opinion about the harshness of Noxema. I used it for years

and had problems for each of those years. Once I stopped, all was better.

Now I use a cleanser called Cetaphil, made by Galderma. You can find it in

drug stores or larger grocery stores. It is gentle, non-irritating for my

skin and fragrance free. Of course, natural products would be even better.

Also, drink plenty of water...it makes a difference.
