Hau and Sat Nam, I read somewhere that your skin is

only as good as your blood. There are some very good

natural remedies for dry skin, but also think about

some detoxing, what is going on inside of you. Also,

found this out first hand, while we are detoxing our

bodies, we also have to detox our homes, there are

many products we use everyday, to wash our cloths,

clean our floors, our carpets, our funiture, our

windows, our bathrooms, even wash our dishes, that

have so very many chemical toxins in them, that many

people are living in a very toxic environment, for

instance, when we wash our cloths with tide, or cheer

or any other detergent on the market, and bleach,

these products contain chemicals that do not rinse

away, they stay on your cloths, and find there way

back into your blood when you sweat or just a change

body temperture, or what about when you clean your

shower with lysol tub and shower, those chemicals stay

on your shower they don't rinse away, when you shower

the stem from the shower activates the chemicals and

goes right back into your blood, and when you wash

your windows with windex or any other heavy chemical

cleaner, or use heavy chemical furniture polish, or

top job or mr clean, etc, these heavy chemicals remain

in your home they do not rinse away, they go into your

skin, you breath them in, etc, causing problems such

as dry skin, allergies, and worse, tumers, cancers,

blood desease, and many more, all these things have

been documented. So not only do you have to detox

your bodies but also your home. There are health food

stores and co-ops that sell environmentally friendly

and family friendly products, but for anyone that may

these chemical toxic products, not only are you

hurting yourself and your family, but also you pets,

these chemical toxic products effect them also, and

when you send these chemicals, and toxins, and

phosphates, and lye, and ammonies down the drain you

are also killing off the earth, because when you send

these products down your drain they destroy every

thing in there path, so please think about what I have

just said, we meditate every day, we feel a connection

to our earth, a love deeper than we have ever known

before, just start using products that are safe for

you, your family, your pets and your earth. Wow, all

of this just came out of me, just by reading about dry
