call unto the goddess feel her within you. a this point you may feel diffrent.

you may have a few

visions. maybe you will recieve a message. It is important to remember these

things. Thats all to this one. Now to release this thank the goddess and have

her leave you. send back the moon energy first through the cord then send back

the earth enery through the cord. bring down the cord from the moon and do the

same for the cord that was deep within the earth and then ground.

I wrote the ritual above. I have not done it in a long while but maybe I will do

it this full moon along with a spell.

I like your version. I usually rest the moon in my upraised hands and then draw

it into my chest, feel like my insides turn to bubbles. I want to try it on the

dark moon and see how that feels, would definitely invite Kali Ma to that one.
