Guest guest
Hello Pieter and y'all, I was fascinated by Pieter's recent post on applied awareness, and tried it at sadhana yesterday morning. I did exercises and breathing to clear the chakras from Sex and Sexuality by Gururattan, (p.159) which uses circular breathing, and then did 11 mins of Terushua. I do Terushula every day, and have often done this set before. I don't know that I did the apllied awareness quite as described, but I did keep my awareness focused on each movement as I was doing it, 'observing' myself. The results were quite dramamtic, and I went into a very deep space. This morning when I woke up I tried to get out of bed, and got so dizzy I almost fell over. This has never happened to me before. I did a little yoga but then knew I needed to eat , which helped. However, I still feel light- headed and this is hours later. I don't know if this has anything to do with my yoga practice or not. I had meant to have a relaxing day yesterday but it turned out to be quite mad, and I was already tired to begin.with, having had a very full day the day before. I live in the south and it has gotten very hot, but I've been drinking much more water than I usually do so I don't think it's dehydration. In the last few weeks I've been taking a product Cheryl mentioned here callled Body Balance, which causes detoxification. These are the only other influences I can think of out of the normal run of things. I've been doing yoga for years too. Any ideas ? Many thanks and love to all, Avtar. ______________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! Juno offers FREE or PREMIUM Internet access for less! Join Juno today!
