I'm going to practice tomorrow night with a group, and I hope to get back on track, but with recent events in my life I've had trouble "keeping up." Do Sat Kriya every morning for 3 minutes then rest for two. You've got 5 minutes right? Then work up to eleven. Start something you can stick with. Have you been able to get back on track? From my own experience, you just get back up and start up again, you gotta start somewhere. Gururattan has it in "Transitions to a Heart Centered World", a demi bible to me. You may also be able to find it on one of the 3HO sites. Do a search.
