Not Keeping Up

Sat nam friends!

 

Recently I seem to have lost my way with kundalini and falling back

into unhealthy habits. I'm going to practice tomorrow night with a

group, and I hope to get back on track, but with recent events in my

life I've had trouble "keeping up." Is there some sort of kriya to

help me get back on my "feet"? Any words of wisdom would be

appreciated.

Hi Lanzone,

 

Don't beat yourself up, just do sadhana or go to class when you can.

 

Do Sat Kriya every morning for 3 minutes then rest for two. You've got 5

minutes right? Then work up to eleven. Start something you can stick with.

 

What you did yesterday or last week isn't import just BE HERE NOW!

And start back on an easy sadhana.

Dear Lanzone,

Just came across your post of June 8th, did you

get any feedback? Have you been able to get

back on track? From my own experience, you

just get back up and start up again, you gotta start

somewhere. Ever try the Subagh Kriya for Good

Lanzone,

I like the Kriya for Mental and Physical Vitality for shaking the

"funk". Gururattan has it in "Transitions to a Heart Centered World", a

demi bible to me. You may also be able to find it on one of the 3HO

sites. Do a search.

Begin where you are and just start moving regardless of what you choose.
