Dear Gian Kaur,

 

I just wanted to acknowledge your email saying that you decided to sleep an

extra hour or so, get well rested and then do sadhana. For you this is

progress. It is important as I mentioned before to give the body what it

needs. And sometimes this is enough sleep in addition to all the other

things it takes to take care of ourselves. It is always a balancing act.

Of course, for those who always find excuses and never get around to any

spiritual practice, there is another lesson to learn. But for disciplined

types, some flexibility and common sense is indeed a leap in consciousness.

I know this has been one of my lessons.

To be heard for the Sat Nam that I am is of incredible value to me. I don't

know if I have ever been responded to this way. It makes it easier for me
