Although Brad and Ellen are separated by about 1,200 geographical miles, I'm finding it absolutely delightful that both of them are my dear friends! Hi Brad. Hi Ellen. So lovely that you two have hooked up over the internet. RE: Black eye. I have seen what you describe when I was a kid, but just thought it was a neat thing. I never noticed it for years, but now that I do Kundalini yoga, I do see the "eyespot" when I am doing yoga (at the end of a pose when I inhale and suspend the breath especially), and also sometimes when meditating. As many Kundalini yogis know, the Solstice celebration has started in Espanola. Since my plane schedule into NM did not work with the shuttle, I've rented a car. Does anybody need a ride from the Airport in Albuquerque on Sat. June 15th around 10:30 PM? How about a ride into the airport from Solstice on Friday June 21st around 4:30 AM for a 6:30 AM flight?
