Hi! Folks! I managed to here and posting my first little

intro message to see how it works. This is neat! Thousands of

messages to browse and potential friends to make! I come from the

world of Kung Fu and Chi Kung, and only fairly recently have got

involved with yoga and find it both similar and different to what

I've studyed before. It is a pleasure to be here and I hope we share

many an insight! Cheers for now!
