The kriyas you are looking for..I can't swear to it but I've seen

or heard of the Swan Kriya. Bundle kriya, I'm not sure of, I do

know there is at least one kriya that CONTAINS bundle rolls. I

believe its in one Gururattan's manuals.

 

I also did a search on google and pulled up one obscure reference

from a lecture by YB that mentions these two kriyas together. But

that was it. He's taught hundreds (thousands ?) of kriyas over the

last 30+ years and someone physically has to record, or write it down

and publish it somewhere.

They could be in a long-forgotten teacher's training manual from

the 70's or 80's, this is the case with Tershula meditation I

believe.

 

There's an answer, hopefully you'll get a better one.
