Guest guest
Ruth- Pieter has submitted several very good posts recently that focuses on basic info but in an easy to understand, informative way for beginners like me. I have been printing them out. But Part I of Long Deep Breathing is post # 10232. You may also want to read, if you haven't yet, posts 10179 and 10185. Regarding meditation and the 'watcher'. There were also other posts from Brad et al regarding the 'watcher' as well that may be useful for you. Christa

How do I find and access these numbers? See them mentioned here and there and have been wondering .......about this all along. Is there a comprehensive explanation or instruction for "the watcher" like we have for the "Long Deep Breath" ? Fondly, Ruth. >
