Guest guest Posted July 1, 2002 Report Share Posted July 1, 2002 I have been doing the meditation 'sa ta na ma ra ma da sa sa say so hung', with the eyes at the nose and the thumbs touching each finger with the mantra. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the effects of this meditation? so far I've noticed a real increase in positive thinking, and it's very calming. Thanks for telling us the effects of the meditation. Yogi Bhajan used to ask us what we felt after doing the meditations. It is definitely not all spelled out in advance. There are general guidelines and then we get what we need for our progress forward. It is best to be intuitive about what you pick to practice and observant about the results.
