Sat Nam everyone-

I have a quick question about mudras during meditation. For Har Har

Har Har Gobinday. I simply kept my hands in gyan mudra on my knees

(sometimes I laid in corpse pose). I'm doing Sat Kriya in the

mornings, but wanted to start RaMaDaSa in the evenings. Can you

please tell me what the mudras are for RaMaDaSa? The one class I

attended (which was several months ago) we did this med, and I

believe we held hands in prayer pose for most of the time, but I

remember doing something with holding the right hand out at some

point. I just can't remember exactly what it was we did.

A co-worker/friend of mine just found out that one of his good

friends is in the final stages of brain cancer. I prayed for them (he

and his family) with RaMaDaSa last night, but I want to make sure I'm

doing everything correctly. Also, RaMaDaSa is the only 'healing' med

that I am aware of, if anyone knows of another, please let me know.

Thanks!

Dearest Christa,

I think Ra Ma Da Sa is the best Healing Mantra you can find!!!

You can open the prayerpose and imagine someone between your hands in this

healing room, the other version, you asked for - I know it too, and I could try

to explain it, but it's a little bit too complicate in the moment, bechause I

have not much time, - I'm sure, someone, who's English is perfect, will do it

for

you in two minutes.

You are great!!! Congratulations for your 40-day-meditation... :-)

Sending you a lot of love

Sit in Easy Pose with your upper arms resting agaisnt your ribs, elbows bent,

and your forearms pointing upward. Your palms are flat with the fingers

together, thumbs streched out towards the side away from the fingers. The palms

face upward and point out from your body at a 45 degree angle. Your eyes are

focused at the tip of your nose and the eyelids are nine-tenths closed. Inhale

deeply and chant the mantra all in one breath. Ra Ma DA SA Sa Say So Hung.
