I've been doing KY on and off for about a year now. I definitely feel better when i'm doing it regularly, but i just can't seem to find focus to do it every day. I'm working on it though. ~rachel ps- does anyone have any recommendations for someone who gets headaches (migraine and other)? i get terrible headache and nothing seems to help. Drink lots of water everyday -- keep sipping all through from morning till night. An average adult needs at least 2-3 litres of water everyday. The amount goes up if you happen to live in hot, humid, dry areas, do sport activities or suffer from an ailment. It helps a lot to keep the body well hydrated, and it is one of the recommendations for dealing with migraine.
