Most kriyas include Breath of Fire, inverted postures or some kind of abdominal work such as leg lifts or stretch pose. I find it a shame that I have to modify these kriyas and miss out exercises during menstruation. Does anybody know of any Kriyas that are -- specifically recommended -- to do -- during -- your moon cycle? Where you don't have to leave things out or modify them. It is a time when it is easier to be still and go inward for me. One minute breath is a natural in that state and I love doing it during my cycle when I don't feel like doing anything else.
