Guest guest
the best help I've gotten for carpal tunnel I got from this list from elle (Digest 1083). Thank you elle! I printed it out but unfortunately spilled liquid on it so some of it is unreadable. If anyone still has that can could repost it I would appreciate it and it sounds like others may as well. Mine isn't from typing: I became susceptible to carpal tunnel when I was in my 20s and worked in Alaska cleaning fish. As I get older it seems I am more vulnerable. I carve stone and also work in a kitchen. These activities aggravate it. I can get instant relief by holding my arms out straight in front of me parallel to the ground, hands open & palms facing away fingers pointed up. With one hand I pull the tips of the fingers of the other hand toward me. This stretch seems to open up the circulation.
