Guest guest Posted July 10, 2002 Report Share Posted July 10, 2002 Sat Nam Bhisham, In Gururattan's "Relax & Renew" there are 3-4 kriyas just for kidneys (pg 58, 60, 62). I'll post the 'Short Set for Kidneys', assuming these aren't on kundaliniyoga.org: 1. Drink lots of water and pump belly for 1-2 minutes 2. On back, lift legs up to 60 degrees and hold with long, deep breathing . 1-2 minutes (arms down and resting on ground) 3. Legs up to 60 degrees, scissors kick for 1-2 minutes.
