a strange sensation and the big blue eye

Hi All-

I've been doing KY for about 8 months now (sometimes in a class,

sometimes with a tape, other times on my own)and have noticed all sorts

of lovely benefits ranging from an almost complete elimination of PMS

symptoms to some pretty incredible deltoids, but had never experienced

any of the rather wild-sounding things I read about pretty regularly

through this group - at least until today.

I have a major career/life path decision to make soon; for the last few

weeks it's been between two choices, and just yesterday I was given

option #3, which threw me into an unexpected tizzy of anxiety. What

better way to deal with these things than with KY, right? So this

morning, to help calm my monkey mind and get breathing again, I popped

in Gurmukh's tape and was feeling relatively good until the last

exercise, where you stand with arms outstretched and move the torso

down and up. I used to get nauseated when doing this but had learned

to fix that by intensifying the stretch of the arms. Today, though, it

wasn't nausea I felt but instead a very strange sensation of being not

quite "in" my body; I immediately freaked out - I got the feeling that

I might not be able to get back in! - and lay down in corpse pose for

the remainder of the video. But here's the cool part: suddenly I was

aware that I was looking at a big dark blue/green eye emerging from

alternating bullseye rings of red and gold. Whoa!

So my question is this: what happened and what, if anything, does it

mean? (or is that something I'm supposed to try to figure out for

myself?)
