Guest guest Posted July 11, 2002 Report Share Posted July 11, 2002 Sat Nam Ahmad, In 'Relax and Renew' (pg 140), there is a meditation called 'Solam Pad Prana Kriya' Part 1 and Part 2. It says "Use this meditation to transcend emotions and channel the vagus nerve." I'm sure there are others, Kirtan Kriya?
