Emotions stability

Hi everybody

Does any body know and meditation or yoga posture that helps stabilize the

emotions since i suffer from emotions unstability and mood swings ,i have

read the ky lessons specially that one for the brain waves but i couldnt

picture it right, so i appreciate if any one just help me by giving me some

answers.

Sat Nam Ahmad,

 

In 'Relax and Renew' (pg 140), there is a meditation called 'Solam Pad Prana

Kriya' Part 1 and Part 2.

 

It says "Use this meditation to transcend emotions and channel the vagus

nerve."

 

I'm sure there are others, Kirtan Kriya?
