Guest guest
Hi, I have been doing the Kirtan Kriya for the past few days for 11 mins, sitting. But yesterday, I did it in the savasana pose and happily went to sleep at some point of time. I guess any meditation exercise can be combined in any of the relaxation poses. How about Kirtan Kriya? I am able to track down the prana flow ( the tingling sensation ) and drive it up from the tip of the fingers to the upper arms to the sides of the brain, to the crown chakra, and through the ajna chakra, and down the body to the feet and back up the legs and spine and back to head. I can do this in sitting position and in savasana position. Actually, I can do this all the time and while I am doing any activity. So, are there special requisites in posture for Kirtan Kriya? If so, how do they specifically benefit? thanks, gayathri Sign up for SBC Dial - First Month Free http://sbc.
