Guest guest
Sat Nam, I agree with all but the last point. And I went to KY.org to check and I don't see turning the fists TOWARDS each other. I've been doing it same as Thomas, but with fists facing out. Maybe I got it wrong but thats how I've been doing it. The elbows have a tendency to slip in towards the body on this, so you have to adjust and push them away and up from the body every now and then. Guest guest
Sat Nam, Thank you Brad for being conscious enough to change the subject matter to fit the discussion!! 2 points!! :+) The fists, palms face out. They do not turn towards each other. The upper arms are comfortably along the sides of the body. They can be out a little if you wish. Keep shoulders relaxed. Only the index finger is tensed. The elbows have a tendency to go back and the upper arms forward. Bring the elbows forward to maintain the postion of upper arms perpendicular to the ground. Heart is out. To do this the arms are slightly back. Press shoulder blades together a bit to achieve the open heart. Last 3 fingers are curled in and the thumb is on the middle or middle and ring finger second joint, not on the nails. Is this clear yet?
