Guest guest
Hello, I know two remedies : The first one is DHEA ($20 for 3 months). It regulates hormones and weight (I am usually 88 instead of 93) without effort. The second is running 30 mins a day. I lose 200 g a day and I am stable at 83 then... Moreover, when I regularly run, my body mainly refuses alcohol and food. Dont mind your speed. Look for harmony. I am 1.75m for 83 to 96 kilos. Guest guest
Sat Nam Jacques, I agree with the DHEA, if you're over 40 and you have no history of breast cancer in your family (women) and no history of prostate cancer in your family (men), I take it, and it really picks me up. The running, no, sorry I'd rather walk. Are you near Loches, where the Gatka (Sikh sword fighting) festival is going on?
