noticeable effect on your glands, pituitary and pineal and thymus

etc..

For myself, in the past I used melatonin to return to that deep sleep we

experience as children. After I began doing KY, say 2 years, I realized

I was getting the deep sleep without the melatonin. Results speak loudly!
