Guest guest
Hi Krishan, "Might be a bit difficult otherwise..." Difficult is good. We're not looking for difficult or easy really just results right?!:-) I looked at it again, and some meditations, especially the chants are like this. That is, a particular position of the jaw vibrates the mantra in a different way. You can do the chant, but it sounds nasal and it vibrates in a different way, thats probably the objective. Directions say chanting, not mentally, but chanting so thats what I'd do. There's several variations on SaTaNaMa, this is one of them. Are you going to do it? Guest guest
this is the medical meditation for habituation. the way I was taught it, and the way it appears in Sadhana Guidelines and the book "Mending Alcoholism and Substance Abuse", the mantra is vibrated silently; i.e., mentally, in rhythm to the pressure exerted on the molars. The pressure on the molars is just a press and release motion. You will feel a muscle move under the thumbs on the temples. sukhmani kaur - Brad Greenstreet Kundaliniyoga Thursday, July 18, 2002 11:06 AM Re: Re: Can someone tell me the meaning of thisplease?
