However I'm feeling a lack of motivation, it's takes every ounce of strength in my body to get up for Sadhana and am having difficulty doing my daily practice in the afternoon, part is nicotine withdrawl, part is grieving the loss of my cigs as my crutch. Dose suggesed in Healing with Whole Foods by Paul Pitchford - several times daily and during cravings drink 1/4 cup lobelia tea or 10 to 20 drops tincture.
