Thank to everyone for all the help with stopping cigarettes.I currently have 5

days smoke free. Very empowering! However I'm feeling a lack of motivation, it's

takes every ounce of strength in my body to get up for Sadhana and am having

difficulty doing my daily practice in the afternoon, part is nicotine withdrawl,

part is grieving the loss of my cigs as my crutch. Any dietary suggestions?

There is herb called lobelia that is supposed to work wonders in stopping

cravings for cigarettes. Dose suggesed in Healing with Whole Foods by Paul

Pitchford - several times daily and during cravings drink 1/4 cup lobelia tea

or 10 to 20 drops tincture. This book also suggests regular consumption of

oats may help.
