Guest guest
Sat Nam! I noticed in this message(I hope you can see it at the bottom of the email so you know which one I am talking about, right now I don't see it reproduced - it is the one from Beth with questions about her father's having high blood pressure I think) that you mentioned some "guidelines for sadhana" Where can I find these? They sound like they may be helpful. I am working on reading 3 books right now: Gurmukh's "Eight Human Talents" "Kundalini Yoga: The Flow of Eternal Power" by Shakti Parwha Kaur Khalsa and "Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan" from whole way library by Shakta Kaur Khalsa Just wondering what people who have read these books have thought of them - any of them better than others? Does Gurmukh's give a good intro to KY or is it mostly focused on the chakras (Or is that essentially the same thing - remember, I am a beginner)? Also, I keep hearing about a book by Gurmukh about prenatal KY - dopes anyone have the name? I have been searching desperately for something like this. This is my first baby and I am planning a natural childbirth (Bradley techniques mixed with Leboyer for the baby) and believe that KY would be very helpful. Okay, that's all for the questions today - thanks to everyone that answered my last questions - it's great to feel so welcome!! Thank you!! Amy Amy M.
