I first heard it in one of Joe's Kundalini classes here in Seattle and I just didn't want it to end. Guest guest Posted July 22, 2002 Report Share Posted July 22, 2002 Sat Nam everyone, My God the mool mantra sounds so beautiful...it is a very powerful mantra.I have heard that if a person recites this mantra regularly..he or she can get very near to God.This mantra was created by Guru Nanak Dev.The story goes like this..He had "vanished" for few days in sea and had gone to GOD and when he came back, he told this mantra to his followers.I don´t know the whole story...if anyone else knows it plz tell me....thanks elle for posting this site because it was nice to hear it...bye bye everyone see u all after few days... You will experience God inside you, yes. This is one of the mantras we are to chant everyday. It is part of the Sadhana given by Yogi Bhajan to prepare for the Aquarian Age (now). We have several versions of this set of mantras on www.yogatech.com. Even if you can just listen to them everyday, most definitely include this in your daily routine. The Mool Mantra is featured in my new book "Love IT with all Your Heart." The explanation is in poetry format so you can meditate on the meaning. When your primary relationship is with IT (God, Source) you will be able to live peacefully in the world. Your whole life will be transformed.
