Guest guest Posted July 22, 2002 Report Share Posted July 22, 2002 Hi Jyoti, 1.When is the right time to meditate? --between 3 a.m. and 7 a.m., best, or same time at nite if no time in a.m. 2.On waking up,what should be done first...meditation or Pranayama or yoga and in which order? --yoga, and pranayam first, sets body and mind up for meditation. I recommend trying just meditation one morning without anything else. Then try next morning doing several minutes of BOF and some yoga first, feel the difference. 3.what is one breath per minute? 20 seconds inhale, 20 seconds hold, 20 seconds exhale.
