Sat Nam,

I have started doing Nabhi Kriya. I have question on the breath. Is it a long

slow breath or a quick intense breath?

thanks

Sat Nam Brian, Mehtab

Brad here, hey did you ever get going on Nabhi Kriya? Its one of my

favorites to teach, cause its so easy, but energizing.

BTW...I'm going to start moderating I think starting tommorrow morning.

Can you run down to me a list, step by step of what you actually do? Gordon

says

there's nothing to it, but I need quick and simple cause that's literally all I

have time for in the morning, evening after school I have a little

more time.

I've got the list of do's and don'ts from Gordon and I'm going over them today.

Thanks for the help.

call me if you want, my cell is 469-939-4579

I'll be back to check mail about 4 or 5 pm central!

Be well..
