I recently started doing Bikram yoga and currently prsctice both KY and BK yoga on a regular basis. That's partly why Yogiji has said to drink cold, raw Yogi Tea (16oz. ?) in the morning as there is a decent of cinnamon in it. Thanks for some more specifics on this.
