For the past several months I have been practicing ky most mornings with a variety of videos. Some have demonstrated modifications for poses. I have arthritis in my neck and in a joint below my right thumb. I have been doing the cobra while resting on my elbows. However, I have not found a way to modify cat/cow, bridge pose, shoulder stand or the plow. Does anyone have any ideas about this? The tapes that I have been using have different meditations at the end. I wonder if it would be more effective for me to practice the same meditation for a period of time rather than varying them. As for the meditations I think that it would be more effective to practice the same meditation for a period of time rather than varying them.
