Guest guest
Hello It would be prudent to monitor the sugar level in your blood frequently. Morning fast, before and after every meal, and in the evening before going to bed. It is also advisable to get a sugar blood level reading 1 hour after you eat so you can see what effect the food in your meal had on the blood sugar level. Sustained aerobic exercise is extremely beneficial, it stimulates production of insulin in the pancreas. Monitor blood sugar level after exercise to get a handle on the effect of the exercise. Take blood sugar level before exercise , if it is below 90 you could go hypoglycemic. If you go out for a long walk or jog, take a sugar subtance with you like glucotabs to administer if you go hypoglycemic. Seek medical advise. By monitoring my blood, watching my diet and exercise my diabetis has gone into remission, no longer take meds. I think of it as a blessing I've been forced to take care of my bodily temple.
