Guest guest
Hi Rachel Kundalini Yoga for Beginners - Nirvair Singh Khalsa - is a very popular video series - now also on DVD. The course is based on material originally prepared by Nirvair for the University of Alaska, and also broadcast locally on one of the Alaskan TV channels. There are 12 x 1 hour lessons, 2 on each of 6 videos or DVDs, that start at the very basics and build from there. I have tried them out myself and can recommend them - I wish I had had them when I started out learning at home 4 years ago! The cost is $24.95 per video or DVD, but right now there is a promotion - you can buy the entire set for a net price of $119 plus shipping, and bundled with each set is a <<free>> copy of Gururattan's book Introduction to Kundalini Yoga - worth $19.95 ! If I can be of any further help on this, please let me know. Sat Nam! Gordon - "Rachel A. Reznik" <rach77 <Kundaliniyoga> > does anyone have any video reccomendations for a beginner? > thanks > ~rachel
Guest guest
I should have added the URL for the beginners' promotion: kybegin.html > There are 12 x 1 hour lessons, 2 on each of 6 videos or DVDs, that start at > the very basics and build from there.
