Guest guest
Nirvair Singh Khalsa's Kundalini Yoga for Relaxation is an excellent video for beginners and is not physically difficult. Ravi Singh's video Yoga Now is also excellent and more physically demanding. This may be the same as Yoga for Life, which is available on Amazon. Com. The first two are available on the Yoga Tech site as well as on the the teachers' own sites. The Kundalini Yoga Workout Video is another excellent video for beginners and is somewhat physically demanding. It is available now through ebay. It includes excellent instructions for breathing techniques, for Sat Kriya, and for meditation. I hope this is helpful. Susan
Guest guest
Hi to All - <sbroner > Nirvair Singh Khalsa's Kundalini Yoga for Relaxation is > an excellent video for beginners and is not physically > difficult. Yoga Now was called Yoga for Life, but was changed some time ago. Amazon.com must have bought up old stock if they are still selling it. Kundalini Yoga for Relaxation is not on the Yoga Technology site, but we do have Nirvair Singh's Complete Course for Beginners, as I mentioned the other day. Another video popular with new students is Kundalini Yoga by Jagdish Singh. It is because of the generous sponsorship received from Yoga Technology that we have this mailing list and all the other online facilities which everyone enjoys. If you have a choice of vendor, please remember this before deciding where to purchase your videos, CDs or books. Sat Nam! Gordon
