Guest guest Posted August 2, 2002 Report Share Posted August 2, 2002 Sat Nam Group, I decided to do Meditation on the Divine Mother, and to keep the group updated, wonderful idea BTW, Gururattan. This is day 4, and 1000 is my goal, but I'm focusing on letting the body adjust to the ARM PAIN, and the 'watcher' helps alot here. So I'm taking small steps, I've begun with 11 minutes in Part1 and 11 minutes Part 2 (Adi Shakti). Its interesting, when I was doing Adi Shakti, I was visualizing Maha Shakti, and I started having very faint sensations of multiple arms. Ok, that was just a side effect, but its a cool one.
