Sat Nam Christine,

Congrats on progress. May you have many more 'cleansings'.

I remember some releasing some stored memories, not quite as moving

as yours. For me, it was a very welcome, and warm feeling :-)

Blessings

Brad

Yes, it feels very welcome and good. I was particularly pleased that

my feelings weren't effected by the feelings of others.

On August 1st there was a post from Dharam

Re: Preparation for meditation by Swami Rama....

one paragraph talked about dominance of the

flow of breath in one nostril. To balance it states

that the sages said that by focusing the mind

on the bridge between the two nostrils,

one can bring the breath under conscious control,

creating balance.....are there any other breathing

exercises too help create this balance?

Also, can anyone perform Body Drops with the legs

stretched out? I can do it it Lotus, and am

in very good condition, but it seems only a gymnist

could lift the body horizontially with your arms...
