spinal flex and emotional release

I didn't realize that I had opened my heart chakra until Brad

mentioned it! Interesting. It did feel odd, to not respond to

anothers negativity -now if I could do this normally;-)

I feel very exhausted today though! Would something like that make

you feel tired?

Perhaps. I know I can feel tired physically, emotionally or mentally.

If you were working through something related to the heart chakra,

the fatigue could be an emotional one. Just a thought.
