eye redness and other experiences

SAT NAM,

Lately I have noticed that my eyes are growing very

red and blink often, it seems to be irresective of

wether I work with PC or not. I sometimes feel it is

KY energy but I am not sure.

Also, while doing arc strengthening excercises (hands

strecthed sidewards doing BOF) I notice that my

left(in fac tboth) hand becomes so heavy that I cant

hold it in that position.

I could feel certain nerves getting filled with

extreeme energy that they pain in sleep. I also feel a

kind of a rock blocking my throat , I do lot of chants

and I am surprised at this.

My experieces with KY seem to be more during sleep,

not sure why. I also feel that a rope is stretched

from crown to root chakra and feel teh chakras

flicker(vibrate).

I have lately developed pigments(dark spots) on my

back excluding the spine , dont know if it has to do

something with KY.
