Satnam jis,

Computers are lots of fun but can totally affect the electromagnectic field

of the body. I worked for a year at an office and worked on the computer

about 1hour a day and sat next to it for about 4 hours. It didn't seem much

but after I left the job I starting realizing that my system was becoming

normal again. I never thought that the computer was or had affected me.

Luckily I didn't work for a year so I was able to see the changes in my

chakras,my aura and my electromagnetic field.Unwinding was slow and I was

lucky to be at a lecture in Florida where Yogi bhajan spoke after winter

solstice about computers. He stated that if you work a lot on the computer

you should sit for a while at the office or in your car or wherever and

slowing unwind. You should eat fruits like pears and peaches( those are what

I recalled specifically) and allow yourself to find your space

again.Splashing cold water on your face and your eyes helps and washing your

hands also. Cold yogi tea without milk in the morning and the computer

destress tea are added delights. He has also stated that you should type

with the pads of your fingers and not your fingertips! Typing with your

fingertips affect your lungs and causes problems with this organ.I will do

some more research on this. I don't work on computers a lot anymore but a lot

of people do. Stay healthy!

This was very interesting. I had never considered computers affecting

you in that way. If you do happen to find more out, I would very much

appreciate it if you could share it with the group. I for one would

love the extra advice.

Thanks for sharing!
